*OT* Jim, If the only statement we were considering were his claim that he did not have "sexual relations" with her under the definition you would be right. It isn't the only statement. He claimed that ML's deposition claiming SHE did NOT have sexual relations with him and that is perjurious even using the tortured definition. There are several others, many of them specified ad nauseum by the GOP committee members. You continue to ignore all of them but the single barely defensible one. I find it not surprising at all that the Amazing Maxine couldn't bring herself to vote for censure after having argued so vociferously for that option. re>Did he lie and mislead regarding his personal affairs? Yes. Did he commit perjury? No.< Care to enlighten us on the difference between "lie and mislead" under oath and perjury? Does it have something to do with the meaning of "is"? ggggg
