I listened to the conference call this morning and came away impressed. Larry outlined his plans for the company and I feel he has a great chance for success. I don't like the idea of a reverse split anymore than the rest of the share holders, but the NASDAQ had Larry's feet to the fire on this one. NASDAQ insists that the stock trade over $1. It was either propose a RS or be delisted last Thursday. It pretty much boils down to this... We put our faith in Larry and his ability to turn things around or we kiss whatever value is left in BCMDE good bye. I highly recommend listening to the tape of the call. It it be available until Saturday. Bruce
