Just a comment or two seeing as I do a little work
in EDI:

From what I understand, Harbinger just bought out
a company named Supply-Tech. Supply-Tech has been
doing primarily automotive EDI for quite a number of
years - it has a set of EDI translators and mappers
that seem to hold their own in the EDI world. We
currently use their PC product to exchange electronic
transcripts with colleges and universities over the
Internet (FTP and SMTP mail).

Harbinger, on the other seems to be one of the leaders
in incorporating the new Internet standards into their
EDI products - a direct competitor to Premenos.

Have either/any of you seen any other information on
this merger?
