PT: >>>"...our own sense of objective questioning." <<<
BF: >>>You have a vested interest in the stock price rising, so questioning and information searches will naturally be done to validate this. That's not objective.<<<
Everyone who reads this board regularly knows I have 21,760 shares of ZULU. BlueFox you forget or haven't yet noticed that, from my writing perspective, I write as though I'm sharing this thread with fellow investors. Potential investors, for the most part, are unlikely to comment, and when they do comment are more likely to pose a valid question or two about the company.
So it's clearly not my fault, and it does nothing to destroy my own sense of objectivity, that there exists a group of non-investors who have jumped onto this thread and ESVS/Yahoo, seemingly to gum up the positive side of ZULU/ESVS investor communications. You can't count my objectivity on their (the gummer-uppers') standards which appear never to be in line with the actual investors' standards.
BF: >>>If anything, those who have nothing to gain by the stock moving in either direction are more objective - they aren't looking for an answer that will benefit them, since all answers don't affect them either way.<<<
So what do they have to gain from being here in the first place? Is not time valued into money? I'm sorry, BlueFox. It shouldn't be hard to understand that SI/ZULU and ESVS/Yahoo were not created ONLY for critics who have not invested.
PT: >>>How else can anyone explain the continuation of the 10 to one ratio between ZULU and ESVS?<<<
BF: >>>Simple - there is a contract still in place that sets the ratio at 10:1. We'll see where this goes after December 31.<<<
Yes, for this we continue in wait. But as I recall, no one, including investors and non-investors, critics and proponents, ever liked the 10 to one and thought Zulu holders should have gotten a better deal. This is basically my position. However I reserve complete judgment on this, particularly if funding sources due to come in from the ESVS side of the connection.
BF: >>>How much does your investment have to shrink by before you begin to question the management and direction of the company? When do you start to question the trail of misleading PRs that we never hear corrections for? Can we even be sure Chmiel is still there - we weren't told when anyone else left?<<<
Read my prior post again, regarding how long it takes to successfully integrate 10 or so separate business entities into a single entity: Six months? A year? Two years? Three years?
BF: >>>Even if ESVS/ZULU/... has the greatest plan in the world, you've got to admit it probably isn't the wisest investment at this point. Do you still recommend friends buy in? How about family?<<<
I'm not sure being at the front end of a company in formation is too bad of a position to be in. There's a lot of stocks which I think have value if you can get in under two bucks. The ZuluGroup.com consortium happens, in my opinion, to be one of 'em. Yes, I would encourage both family and friends to buy Zulu, as a stock with both profit and risk potential.
