Number of shares increased due to the Divicom merger and stock issued in the transaction. This was the first full quarter so the average number of shares increased. Joe Rizzo indicated that CUBE would transition so that much of their Asia sales would be free from US taxes. I am pretty sure the Divicom merger has little to no effect on the tax rate.
