UPDATE I spoke to the DTC the gentleman handling the P's and W's was not in today, I spoke to another Rep, and he said he thought the P's and W's had been cleared and where sent out late last week... (yeah yeah I know this isnt the first time this has been said.)Anyhow keep an eye out for them. We got some very encouraging comments from the Investment Banker(s)today, not any commitments (yet) just more "we like what we see" type of comments. I have started laying the ground work for ArchivalCD SEC filings, with a Target date of 12/31 for a filing... now if the IB decides to strike a deal with us, you may very well see things move even faster. ***Daniel sent me email stating he had some more potential customers contacting him last week. I think Phipps has cleared up his problems but is out of town this week, (he went to NC to land a few more contracts.)any how, as soon as I am certain he is ready to go and there are no more hold ups I will start laying the ground work for his SEC filings. Whats with all this volume???? KAA
