I just spoke to Mr Gordon for about 10 minutes.

He is riding so high I had to speak up to the phone. He said, of course, he couldn't say when there would be any PRs but is looking at a write up on his desk. The releases will come as soon as the final touches are in place.

He said there would not be anything standing in the way for a substantial increase in stock value. The numbers will speak for themselves when made public. This from THE one who has seen the numbers of the deals in progress and seemingly due to close.

The legal mumbo jumbo, as can be attested by my two lawyer acquaintances here, has slowed the final acquisition of CC by TSIG to fold into CCI until, he thinks, early January.

The PP papers were filed at 10 days. You detectives go find them.
For the rest the terms were as I described. The 2.5 million will be divided by the stock price at the set date (4-5 months) to determine the share dilution. I mentioned 5 dollars and he thought that was cute because I didn't know the magnitude of the numbers coming up. He said it should be a lot higher.

I asked when we could meet and he suggested early Jan. He has to much to do now and can not give anyone an hour. I was pleased to be bumped a few weeks.

Sorry I couldn't go further but he is very busy and I was pleased he took my call.
