re your "facts"

#1- You, like Jim and most other Clinton defenders continue to focus on that single barely defensible statement. The FACT is that there were several statements concerning whether he was alone with her, when he was told she was a witness, who wanted the gifts returned, etc.

#2- He is NOT being charged with obstruction because he claimed executive privilege but because he tampered with a possible witness.

#3- Perjury is NOT "personal conduct". And you yourself have conceded that perjury is impeachable if the House says it is.

I repeat...The facts and the law are against him.
