I wish I had some cheerful news for you Scooter. But, based upon what you have written here, the title of this thread seems appropriate.

If you gave NDB the time and enough information for them to retrieve the recording of your phone call, and they contend that they have no record of it, I don't know how you can dispute what they say. I suppose it all boils down to who gets to take the loss; you or NDB. Since NDB seems to possess all of the documentation for your dispute, I don't know what you can do except rely upon them to do what's right.
