Tom, here is a copy of the email you forwarded to me. You had asked that I copy it to this thread so here it goes. I hope you get the answers you are looking for...

ATT: CARL CONTE

I am writing to inquire about several topics:

1) The time table for the release of information concerning the
telecommunications contracts which were announced quite some time ago and were supposed to be generating income for some time -- are they still going forward, or have they fallen through? I'm not asking for inside information about exact figures, but I believe the stockholders have some right to know if they will ever produce any income.

2) The completion of the James Dean movie -- is it close to completion and are there any CONCRETE plans to market it?

3) Earning Reports - it's been much more than 3 months since the last
earnings report was released. When will the next one come out?

4) The Sinatra Record -- have there been any sales of this record set? If so, are the sales anywhere near your expectations?

5) The Hopey the Hound Dog / children's sports drink contract -- when should that start generating income?

6) TNNS -- There have been no sales of TNNS for weeks now, and from the AOL quote service, it looks like it may be no longer being traded.
The stockholders have never been told what the nature of TNNS is, what they do, what benefit the stock dividend is to the stockholders since the stock was already held by GNNX and any income would flow to the stockholders indirectly anyway. It couldn't have been cost free to issue these shares, and in light of the apparent lack of income or business for GNNX itself, it doesn't make sense except as a diversion of the stockholder's attention.

I would appreciate any answers you can give me; I picked out this stock and have tried to explain to my husband what this company is about and why I bought it. I can tell you -- it was impossible to justify the purchase at this date. Some time ago you invited me to call you and I didn't because others had called and I felt I would just be duplicating what others had done, but, unfortunately, nothing has happened since to make me believe that GNNX has the best interest of all the stockholders in mind. I would like to be convinced otherwise.
