That phone bill shows TP's flawed strategy in more way than one. With AT&T phone bills through CF you can click on a number to see who was called. I tried to click on the number in the TP demo, but nothing happened, maybe TP doesn't have the Technology? Actually with the bill detail residing on the TP servers it shows how limited the bills can be (no phone number look ups, no new services, no etc..).

...and just another note, MSFT took over Hotmail over a year ago and has been trying to convert the mail servers over to NT (instead of Unix), but has been unable to because of capacity problems. TP plans to run their system on NT, we'll just have to wait and see if it can handle a biller revolution.
