Dennis, I just got home and I can't believe the news--and that there isn't a flurry of posting. It would seem that TDFX is going to try to distribute as well, getting the money that they would have paid a CREAF or DIMD! However, I think they are only doing OEM sales, which eases the pain somewhat. What I don't understand is what they accomplish here that is better than a merger with CREAF, as they must have proposed at some point. Sounds lik a call to IR is in order. Brian
