PRINCETON RESEARCH RECOMMENDS "PUNK" ( BW)(PRINCETON-RESEARCH) Princeton Research Announces Investment Opinion on Internet Advisory Corp.
Business Editors NOTE TO EDITORS: The following is an investment opinion issued by J. Wesley Savage, Princeton Research
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1998--"We are strongly recommending the purchase of The Internet Advisory Corp. (PUNK) for those traders and investors who are ready and willing to accept an above-average risk in order to reap a much above average return," said J. Wesley Savage, Princeton Research. "PUNK is currently trading around the $5.00 and we suggest purchase at current levels in anticipation of a rise into the $10-12 region within the next 3-6 months. "Why do we feel that PUNK will double over the near-term? "Unless you've been living on Mars for the past few years, you know that huge profits have been made by traders and speculators who have invested in the Internet stocks. Companies such as AOL, EBAY, AMAZON.COM, UBID, YAHOO, etc. has risen over 100, 200 and even 300% in the last year. "Most of these 'hot' Internet companies are currently losing money! Amazon-com is not expected to make any money for another two years, yet the stock is trading over $200. EBAY came public recently, at only $18 and quickly rose to over $200 per share. "In the Silicon Valley of California, many new billionaires have been created since the Internet 'craze' has engulfed the Stock Market. "The Internet Advisory Corp. (PUNK) is an Internet Web-design and hosting company, based out of Fort Lauderdale with clients throughout America and Canada. Presently, it has over 1,100 corporate clients and that number should increase substantially in 1999. "Just two days ago, the company announced that it had entered into a strategic alliance with China's ISP, Xin Net Corp. (XNET), which is currently trading in the 70-75 cts region. Earlier this week, we interviewed a director on XNET on some of our radio programs in New York, Las Vegas and South Florida when 'XNET' was trading below the 50 cts level. In just the last three days it has risen over 40%, but that's another story. "The alliance between XNET and PUNK is 'exciting.' It gives PUNK the opportunity to market their products and services to the largest population in the world. China has five times as many people as the United States but only a 'mere' 1.5 million in that country of 1.4 billion presently have access to the Internet! China is currently where the USA was 10 years ago in the Internet. In the next few years, the Internet will grow exponentially, in our opinion. Profits for both PUNK and XNET will soar, in our estimation. "PUNK is headed by a young, aggressive Management team headed by Jeffrey Olweean. At lunch this afternoon, he told us that he has set his sights on being the next YAHOO and we were beginning to believe him! He's obviously excited about the XNET alliance and predicts that many China-based companies will host their Export WEB Sites on The Internet Advisory Corp. (PUNK) high speed facility. "In conclusion, PUNK is a rare Internet company which is actually earning money. Its sales and earnings are expected to increase exponentially in the next few years. It is involved in opening up the largest potential market in the world in China. There are slightly more than 7 million shares outstanding with the float about 1.2 million. In the last two months, PUNK has moved up from the $2 level. Its recent high has been 7 5/8. "To us, this looks like 'HOME RUN.' "This is an opportunity for investors to participate in the highly volatile Internet sector with what we consider a reasonable risk. Our first target is the $10-12, but we fully believe that PUNK has the potential to soar above the $20 level at the latter half of 1999. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchase for hi-risk acts. "We might add that Princeton is the first firm to recommend PUNK. We consider PUNK a highly undervalued and undiscovered special situation. "It is better to be OUT of a market and wishing you were IN, than IN a market and wishing you were OUT," J. Wesley Savage, www.panamericanrelief.org.
