I'm an occasional poster, and regular reader of this thread. I agree with Steve, SI is really not a forum for political debate. As for what the polls say, it really depends on who or what you believe. For example, I saw results of a poll on AOL today about this process, and roughly 62% of 100,000 actual respondents stated that they wanted Mr.C to be removed from office. Obviously, there's a lot of ways to cut the data. The bottom line is, whatever happens in D.C. the market is going to do what the market is going to do, and all can do is to weather through it.
