George/ VRM Vermilion - I think there are 42.7mil shares on a fully diluted basis. I received an info. package from VRM just before Christmas that had a share structure page included. Here's what was listed (prior to recent 10mil warrant financing) - basic shares outstanding = 29.3mil. Fully diluted = 32.7mil. Add in the recent financing & you get 42.7mil. The share structure sheet indicated that 19.9mil were in the public float (12.9mil for institution & 7.0mil for retail) and mgmt/directors had 9.4mil of the 32.7 fully diluted number. The recent financing was a bought deal & I'm unsure of how much is aimed into retail accounts. This is another stock that I've just recently exited........... likely too early but "the powder's dry".
