Brad:

As I stated earlier, I am an independent consultant for Naxos. The "extraction" of metal was from a 25 pound sample. Insofar as I am aware, there was not another 25 pound bulk sample that was tested at the same time, so it was not multiple small samples, but one large one. There was a metallurgist and a geologist that checked out the facility to demanding technical standards, before the first sample was sent. As per the last two news releases, there is other testing being done at other facilities, using variations on this theme, so in one sense it is a "known" process, but not a universal one. Northwest bills itself as a lab that deals with complex/refractory material. They prefer to take it all the way to metal as an ultimate verification of what is present, or not present in the material. The lab is "recovery" oriented in its' thrust i.e. "if it's not recoverable, then it's not there". I hope that this is helpful.
