I have information from a reliable source that RTI managers have taken over the OSF Restaurants..... ..In other words, RTI has taken over the OSF operations. Maybe someone who lives in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin or Houston could visit one and confirm this. And that the signing of the letter of credit should be done on Wednesday.
