Three former stockbrokers sentenced in fraud

NEW YORK, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Three stockbrokers of the defunct A.R. Baron & Co investment firm, who pleaded guilty
to helping swindle investors out of $75 million, were sentenced Monday to prison terms by a judge who called their conduct
despicable.

Richard Acosta, 31, was sentenced to two to six years in prison. Garvey Fox, 30, and Matthew Hirsch, 31, were both given
16-month to four-year prison sentences. Each was also fined $5,000, with additional prison time if the fines were not paid.
