My vote goes to the Criminally Inane: To: Tracy Moore (250 ) From: Tracy Moore Monday, Dec 14 1998 7:47PM ET Reply # of 252 A CRIMINAL display of Market-making by HILL today on MKII- absolutely the most outrageous example of illegal naked shorting I have ever seen by a Market Maker... sat there at the .09 offer selling over 700,000 shares all by himself... did HILL have all those shares to sell? NO WAY!!!- nobody else HAD ANY- me and my boys cleaned out EVERYBODY on Friday(thats why the stock started going up and actually gapped UP this AM), and the other MM's were backed WAY off at .15 thru $1.12 all day... and I'm sure the SEC might look into it if they watched the play by play today... I'm sure HILL will be on the bid 24/7 until the end of tax-loss season Dec 31 trying to buy back all those shares he sold short today before the SEC investigation starts... HILL allowed his canadian short cohorts to get BAILED OUT of the SUPER SQUEEZE temporarily- but we'll see tomorrow if HILL tries his illegal naked shorting tricks again to help out his canadian pals, while risking being EXPOSED again to the SEC... I don't think he'll try it unless the canadians are getting really, really, really DESPERATE!!!
