Did they have a question and answer period? Did you get a chance to talk with the engineers and programmers who worked on the current product?

To all who read this thread and who have apprehensions about this company, think about this: If this were a "shell company" with their purpose as trying to draw public investors then why 1] are insiders investing a large portion of the funding, 2] they are not taking the opportunity based on the early agreements and product validations to hype the company and float more stock? 3] They do not anticipate the need for additional capital because they expect funding from grants and development partners? The company is in the development stages but is positioning itself for production development and roll-outs with major players in the computer, telecom and security markets. Their is risk in the investment, as there is with any start-up, but they have received initial product validations and have agreements in place to enter field trials. With a low amount of float and public exposure, and a conservative operating budget and a strategy to license the products it develops, the company has a high degree of leverage with which to reward investors.
