AV,
<<<<DCI has now become a global carrier which means it can carry its own traffic. DCI will have some of the best rates to offer customers in both the wholesale and retail markets. DCI will now be viewed as a long distance company and not just a prepaid phone card company. This is something DCI has worked long and hard to accomplish. DCI will be able to co-locate their switched facilities with IXC, worldwide.>>>>

When you read the above it becomes obvious why Joe said the deal with IXC was the biggest event in the company's history. I'm sure the EDGE Communications division will still attain and exceed $50 million of revenues but being a long distance company just has a nicer ring to it. Since EDGE was running minutes through the company that defaulted on IXC, the margins on their minutes has now increased big time since the middle man was eliminated. I'm sure as we go through the next quarter we will see just how this will play out. I still find it very interesting that IXC wanted a part of DCI. I would have to say at this juncture that IXC is the logical candidate to absorb DCI. I can't imagine they would be happy with a minority position for very long especially if we see some kind of major deal signed in Spain.

Best Regards
