Alski,

You can not fight city hall. The Hunts through ISLAND and Selectnet are hammering home their final tranche of convertible debenture. I calculate that they have sold around $9-$10 million of the $12 that they have left, all only an estimate and FWIW. They were hitting the Bid at 1/8 all day and the "geniuses" in the stock RMCC, HRZG and the new genius PERT were buying as much as they could get at 1 1/8. Obviously the Bridge if closed is not going to pay the HUNTS but rather to fund the Company. IMHO of course.

GF has apparently decided that having 70 million shares is better then having to pay the HUNTS back. Hopefully this one of his last decisions because the market has had it with his financial genius. Don't get me wrong I admire GF enormously I just think he needs to hand the reigns over and admit he needs to let someone else take his dream forward. The CFO and CEO must go. GF you are still chairman that is your best contribution to the company.

DrRisk with respect for all you have done
