<ORTC> ORTC has a Composite Cultured Skin product that it's seeking a Humanitarian Device Exemption from the FDA for. Exemption expected by the first quarter of 1999. The company believes it could begin commercial marketing of its product by the end of 1999. Looks like a battle is brewing here, TW. The short to cover ratio according to Yahoo is 16 days!!!! On a low floater like this one, that's a huge short ratio. Yahoo also lists one STRONG SELL recommendation. I couldn't confirm that on Zacks or NASDAQ. Do you know anything about this situation ? Who's the broker shorting ? Amigo Sergio
