Lars: Interesting article on impeachment. I am thinking now that the worst of this discounting the impeachment issue will take this place and will climax with the impeachment vote if in the affirmative. At that point people will expect the worst case scenario (endlesss trial, disruption of the nation's business and market correction) and surprises could be to the upside from that point on if the worst fears are not realized. The situation is definitely fluid and Brazil and Japan are not helping things. Without Greenspan, we would be in the toilet again.
