I didn't feel the Barron's article was particularly negative re Agouron. They were evidently wrong about the time frame for Viracept's introduction; they included Vertex's and Agouron's product in the same breath, yet these are on far different timetables. I have been holding shares of both AGPH and VRTX for quite a long time, well before they even had these products on the drawing board, because
I liked their methods of drug development. Anyone thinking they can buy in at a price far lower than the present, or worse - that they can short them profitably, is not an investor, in my book. But to each his own; that's what makes a market.
