Sorry. I don't know much more than I have posted. As for the short situation:
"The short to cover ratio according to Yahoo is 16 days!!!! On a low floater like this one, that's a huge short ratio."

Volume has gone up quite a bit in the last few weeks. Trading at 30k to 100k per day so that 16 day value is more like 1-3 days.

Thanks for your research. I will keep looking and let you know what I find.
