Hi, I like your thoughts but is it not also possibel that a big shareholder has no objection to see the price of the share rise further?? And by telling others to join him in owning the stock is activly driving ths stock higher and loving every minute of it? And do not forget that brokers love to be able to tell you "I told you so". But if he wants to sell and wants to catch the highest price, this is OK from his personal spoint of view but not for the fame of the firm. Just another thought. I think the most important aspexct of it all is that sales and earnings go up stronger than the PE. This indicates that the firm has products that sell and sell at a price that makes profits. And that drives the price of the stock. yours Fred
