This appears to be another irrational sector-wide sell-off. And once again, we are presented with a short-term trading opportunity in CA shares. $36.75 marks a 20% pullback from the recent highs; my personal BUY signal. As regulars know, this crude and unscientific system has worked several times already this year, each yielding a minimum of 25% gains in under 45 days.
