Why is the spread so wide with so little volume...

Well, wallstreeter, it looks like when you get volume (e.g., liquidity), you get smaller spreads! Over 400,000 shares a day trading will get you a one-cent spread. I've never seen it so small for ETPI. And I'd still maintain that it's market activity, not market-maker games, that changes the spread.

OWWWCCHH!! Oh, does today's Blind Split hurt! A B.S. happens when the price splits but you can't get your hands on the new share distribution. Ouch!

At least I'm not the person panicked enough or dumb enough to sell 1000 shares at 13 cents. No, it couldn't have been a margin call. Brokers don't margin stocks with prices as low as ETPI's has been.

I'd call ETPI a great buy at this price -- except that if I bought more here, it'll drop to single digits within a few days. By not buying any more, I've just saved all of you a bunch of money!

Nope, I don't know why ETPI got hit. I wish I did.
