you're such a putz! show me where i shorted this at $6.00?

at that time, i just said it was simply paper shuffling with no redeeming value.

my most recent analysis was tlc may hit $30.00 but eventually collapse. and now, how convenient for tlc that a more desparate company like mattel would try the same acquisition accounting game to hide its missteps.

you wouldn't recognize a scam if it hit you on your head.

sure tlc hyped it way up, yet it hasn't made a profit, and it never will, tlc's stock value is the result of dupes like you holding it.

BTW: mike, sure you can get out tomorrow, so what?
it's chump change compared to what the Reg S deals generated for the underwriters, buyers and insiders.
it's what happens to those who bought in this year on the hyper-hype
that matters.

although i have shorted tlc at the right times, i've never lost money by holding it.

tlc was a dog, is a dog, and will be a dog and naturally a dog has fleas, like yourself, either a stock promoter, a mindless investor,
or worse yet a tlc insider.

now its mattel's time to hype 'increased brand loyality, leveraging
brand marketing, internet potential' ... what crap!

mattel is going down because conservative institutional investors know its a dog deal and it time to bail, a la lee & co,
