Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but is there an error here? <<The assumptions made under these pro forma statements are as if Firamada had acquired Myriad Employment Services at Jan. 1, 1998. Pro forma comparison:......................1998..............1997 Consolidated fiscal year.............$51,807,000.......$46,683,000>> Huh???? Of course one never does know with this company, but shouldn't the pro-forma comparative date for acquisition of Myriad be 01/01/97, and not 01/01/98 as stated? The 1997 financial report I have sure doesn't show anything near $46.7MM in revenue for the year. Maybe they took the figure from the wrong set of books? Absolutley pathetic.
