Hey, I got the 11,900th post.
Easy there. While the MM's will do everything they can to make a buck, (after all that's why they're there... right), let's not call them bozo's.
They have a responsibility to keep the market for our investments liquid. They actually are required by regulation to sell shares they don't yet own... legal shorting so-to-speak.
I must admit though, if all you are is a day trader or worse yet, a P&D'er it is a game of chance between you and the MM's. A game of musical shares. When the momentum stops, it's time to see who gets out first. Unfortunately, the MM's always win at that game. Yeah, some of the momo's and some dt's make a big buck, but most really just get stuck. Just like a video game. Messages are passed around, PM'd, as to what target price to dump, but by that time the pump-leaders are already out leaving their followers holding the bag.
Sometimes the Subject Company gets hurt because the volatile price clouds the trading history. That is... if the Subject Company has a questionable situation. TSIG does not have a questionable situation, and will prevail those conditions. In fact, if I were one of those dt's or even worse, a momo trader, I'd suggest you get in get out and never look back. I sincerely believe that you'll get very sick within a few weeks.
Good luck as we proceed to the next level.
