but $60 by year end and 100 by spring
is a tad bit optimistic

i predict $45 at year end
and $60 by spring

this is a "base' mind you
rising to 45 or 60 and then dropping
doesn't count

i think impeachment,japan, and brazil
are still hanging over the market

but once japan cuts taxes
impeachment is given up by the repunklicans
and brazil supports cardoso's reform package

we will be off to the races
could take a month or two

so i think the 60 are year end is the weakest
of your numbers
