Michael, here is a link to a monthly chart relating SEMI orders to AMAT stock price. I've posted it before, but not here. It shows a decent relationship between price and orders - until YE'97. Then price disconnects and refuses to follow orders down. Message 6829144 Heck, I could make the same chart for KLIC, if anyone cared. Gottfried
