There are several US funds holding substantial positions in BII. NASDAQ contacted Bid.com, not the other way around. AOL, Rogers Media, and Torstar are shareholders, strategic partners and on the BOD along with MSFT.

On October 20th, I went on record predicting ABX and NEM will have a bidding war with Argentina gold. That was 300% ago. ABX made an offer last week. NEM will move any day. I expect 8.00 ... BII is my next takeover target prediction. Read about it here:
