Dear Ed,

Thank you for emailing me thoses messages. They were very interesting. I
can see where the shareholders might have the impression that we are
focused on selling Fibr-Plast as a product, but allow me to clarify our
mission.

We have always been focused on producing 'the technology' to make a product
like Fibr-Plast. This is why I personally feel URT is so exciting. We see
the value of selling a product like Fibr-Plast, 'but' we believe it much
more interesting and lucrative to create a market for our technologies.
When we begin amassing revenues from selling factories 'and' collecting
royalties off the sale of the different Fibr-Plast products, then we have
something much more dynamic than a manufacturing company.

I fully appreciate the weariness of some of our shareholders, but that fact
does not slow us in our mission to sell our technologies. And perhaps
weariness can transform into celebration when we close the sale(s) of our
first (few) plant(s).

Best Regards,

Tony Canzi
