Rationing? No stock trading? Doesn't sound good.

I'm trying to increase my internet speed. I am in a rural area in Canada, so I can't get anything over 56k on the telephone lines, and have no cable access.

I've heard DirecPc would be good for stock trading, which i do actively with CyberTrader software. If it can't do MBT, I wonder if it can do Cyber.

If it is rationed, that would defeat the purpose, so it would seem.
Dual 56k modems? Any ideas as to where I may find more information on this?
