Could or would EMC buy MTIC? They will be paying them $7 million a year every January and February ($5 million in January and $2 million in February) over the next 5 years, plus eventually an additional $20 million. Now that has turned around would it make sense???
Also there are still many funds that buy stocks under $5 and $10.
