Well, I think there's a bit to go before you get acquired for $800 MM. It's easy enough to determine markets caps of public companies - it's # of shares times share price. Regarding my occupation - I am a semi-retired sales & marketing type. Review my other postings on various threads - I was early at IFMX and #2 at VNTV. I now work as an investment angel to Silicon Valley start-ups, am on the obard of ome start-ups, etc. BTW, I am working a software deal that is looking for some angel (i.e. relatively small private investors at the $15 - 50K level) money.
