There are many legitimate questions about this company that has not or can not be answered by posters on this thread; simply because they don't know. To use a recent example; we do NOT as yet have confirmation that the Richard Rubin disbarred is the same that acted on behalf of ADVR.
User, Using, Smarti, Smartin, has used lies and deceit mixed in with some good questions on the AOL thread to debate his agenda, thus severely damaging his credibility. I doubt that anyone on these boards considers the company a well managed company, however, a number of people have continued to encourage him for months to send any real proof that he has that this company and this drug are a ongoing scam to the SEC. To this date there has been NO indication that he has done this.
This is a highly speculative stock and it is a gamble to invest in their future, but many are betting that this company can and will overcome their past problems and become a real winner with their drug or future drugs. They are not buying into the grand conspiracy theories perpetrated by a few.
Will this company make it? Who knows. Has it had problems in the past? Big ones! What are the motives of all the posters here? My honest opinion, there are no real scam busters here, only a lot of people trying to make money off this stock one way are the other.
There is a lot of name calling going on in both directions.
BTW I still believe more than ever that reticulose works and can be very benificial. Just my opinion but I guess I will be accused of being a hyster.
Why would someone spend 9 months constantly attacking and trashing a company on a daily basis? There are real questions that clearly have not been answered satisfactorily about this company and its future, and anyone doing their DD on this company must understand that risk, but to constantly berate others for investing in this company (Smartin claims to be an investor in this company looking for the truth) and not answering all of the questions being raised is ludicrous. For Smartin to ask a question and then berate someone who tries to answer it, because he/she doesn't like the answer is just as childish as some of the other things that happen here.
Shawn may not be liked much on this thread, but at least I can respect his DD, his independence, and the fact that he is not usually easily fooled by posters, no matter what their opinion might be. Even though I may disagree with Shawn at times, Smartin can learn a lot from him. |
