Question for you Les,

There has been some talk about if Represenatives can be kicked out of the House. Got to thinking back to the late '50s, early 60s. Wasn't a democratic Represenative from New York named Powell booted out of the House? He would show up for elections and then head to the Bahamas for 2 years, finally got booted out in his third term, got re-elected and went back to the Bahamas.
