the losers will be the every individual investors who bought in late, and are going to be left out in the cold, because they believe the paid analysts forecasts. tlc could never make those exaggerated estimates. why even this season, every tlc title is discounted why? because they're dead! they had no choice but to accept mattels bid. Mike: if you read further, tlc did re structure the debt.(and offered lee&co a sweet heart deal to do it) I also warn about lee & co and how'll they will hype the stock and then get out in less than 2 years, just like the did with the ice tea company, what a lemon quaker bought! the only winner is lee & co who planned the whole deal. they get out after the restricted stock period ends. don't you feel so stupid? more write offs, more dilution more what? profits ? BTW: the analysts are beginning to back track now toute suite!
