The license is written up in the following manner. If NHLT is ever sold or taken over, the licensing part of the company would not go with the company. The licensing portion could become a new company and the current NHLT shareholders would remain the owners. This was necessary because LPTI has made a commitment to never let there technology get in the hands of a large company. They are afraid that a large company could buy the technology and patents. Lock the technology up or raise the price so it would be unavailable to the world. I was at there shareholders meeting last week and they are truly on a mission. If you were there it would make it totally clear.
