Two Service Merchandise stores here in the Tidewater area of Virginia seem to do a lot of business. Their customer service stinks and most of the employees don't seem to have a clue as to why they are there. The parking lots are full though. Lots of the customers come in and barter over prices. Unusual store and situation. Tom
