John

I think that th 2.6 million dollar loss is reflected in the share dilution over the past 12 months. The company didn't loose the cash, they had to sell shares to cover the loss. This shows up in the shares outstanding this year, presently 30.8 million shares. Last year there were 20 to 22 million shares outstanding in the Jan 97 timeframe.

This is disappointing and I hold Scott plus Don responsible. Don being the president let it happen.

On the positive side. The dilution is reflected in the stocks present value. With Frontier Confratek coming online this week, that increases revenues 60 to 70 percent. If TSIS makes 1/2 cent to 1 cent in the April quarter, this stock will have a PE of 4 to 7 at present levels. So the bad news is already in the stocks price.
