Excellent points. Anticipated growth have propelled many stocks beyond there net
worth. take RAMBUS for example and the dow breaking 9000!!! Worse case
scenerio, stock only gets to $2.00 per share in 12 months times 200,000 shares is still a

I agree!!! I was going to add another 100,000 to my holdings but the fact the stock has
gone down %60 since the phone conference and the fact the company or the IR dept is
not responding to the investors worries me alot. I left a message at 5pm with the IR
FIRM and hope that I will get a call tomorrow!! When the stock drops that much TOM
needs to take the time and address our concerns in order to maintain HIS AND THE
COMPANIES INTEGRITY!!!

I have to agree with you for now!!! I had a buy order in since 11am for 51,000 shares
at 6 cents, was not filled as of 2:30 pm. I then changed the order to 47,000 at 6.5 cents
and filled immediately. I'm 23,000 short of the magic number of 200,000 shares time $5
in 12 months or 1 million although I'll settle for $2.00 per share in 12 months.
THOMAS NIEMAN stated that AGTI will show a profitable 4th quarter at which time
the stock will not be at 6.5 cents to buy, obviously. It's cheap today, tomorrow may be
a different story!!!GOOD LUCK

EXCELLENT QUESTION!!! I believe that AGTI is on a calender year!! We
obviously are into the second quarter!! The profitable fourth quarter is right around the
corner!!! Nice close the last 30 minutes. I believe that today was the last day you will

I have left three messages for AGTI"S IR dept, over the last week with no responce!!
We must make contact with the company directly first thing MONDAY morning. I want
an explanation on the new developements the pro's and cons, straight from NIEMANS
mouth!!!I want to know why the stock has plummeted 50% from his last telephone
conference!!! I dont want any kind of stalling tactics this week from the company or the
IR dept. Also, there IR dept is joke, I will be calling AGTI direct MONDAY
MORNING!!! I also want to know why the company has lost another 9million, and
what is NIEMANS projections for the 4th quarter profit that he promised during his last
interview with HUNZIKER!! I'll be looking forward to meeting both of these gentleman
in VEGAS for the next stock-holders meeting!! My gut feeling still tells me that we are
dealing with OFFICERS that are honest, have morals/integrity, have there stock-holders
investments always in the best interests when decisions are being made. I beleive
NIEMAN is playing a CHESS game here and has the next 5 moves already played out
to put the competition in check and to reward his current and future investors that are
being patient, backing him, and relying on his reputation, word, and integrity to get the
job done!!

You have no clue on what your talking about!! Its simple basics on how to get
responses from companies or IR departments. Regarding CCEE read the posts, the
officers have been ripping off investors for years!! The company responded to know
one until an attorney forced the issue which has had the desired effect!! I'm not going to
waste my time with the particulars, you'll have to put forth that effort, then you may
finally have a clue on what has transpired!! How about putting your theory to a test on
SI and and send your reasoned approaches to CCEE and AGTI for a responce to our
concerns and publish your results! I'm sure with your REASONED APPROACH we'll
all have the opportunity of reviewing these responces with-in 7-10days, is that
reasonable enough!! Also I dont wish to attempt to belittle you or take cheap shots, I'll
just wait for you to back up your theories with documented results!! BEST REGARDS

Also the IR dept for AGTI also handles DYGND and the rep that handled that stock
gave me as much info as available. AGTI's rep, MATTHEW LEVITO,
1-800-913-9767, was always out of the office but they would take a message for him!!
When have you contacted CCEE or AGTI, who did you speak to, what were your
concerns, what were there responses!!! JUST WHAT I THOUGHT!!!!!!!BEST

Sorry about the delay. I am having problems with transmitting my E-MAIL, I can
receive but not transmit. I get a message that a folder has been damaged!! I can
however transmit and receive on SI and other sights. Very Bizarre!!! My
source/sources ask that I do not post the particulars on SI until it is official. I have to
respect that! I can say that the news will be awesome, IF TRUE, and that THOMAS
NIEMAN is definately on his job and will put some big-time cash in AGTI's loyal

Thanks, my problems arose with IR dept not AGTI, With CCEE its the top two
officers!! We call them JR and SR as they are Father & son team!! They felt the heat
when an attorney started impeachment proceedings via a certified letter to the board. It

How come you guys that are so negative on the company didnt take the opportunity to
join us on the conference call with Nieman and Hunziker last month. It's like you were
lurking but didnt have the guts to relay your findings to the head guy. I love news
weather its good or bad but not fabricated or blown out of proportion!! If your
