I dont know about the 50MM$ offer but i know of the interest from National Bank of Canada about the del-id security systems. They were the original ones that triggered the developpement of the del-id technology from the inventor (CEO Pierre De Lanauze). And then the CEO realized it could be marketed on a GLOBAL basis. This was mentioned at the AGM.
