My person experience with E*Trade is dismal, to be kind. Agreed! I have been using etrade exclusivly so I have nothing to compare with, however I must say Confirmation and overall speed are not in the acceptable range. I set up a new account with "TradeDirect" last week and when I went to log on the first time the site was down. I've written them off as already.
