I think the point of the article was about overvaluation and momentum based investing in technical areas in general.
The references cited were illustrative and not exhaustive because it should not be too difficult to find companies not mentioned in the article that meet the very criteria specified in the article.
Also, giving an exhaustive list of companies to make the point is an unwarranted exercise at best.
Yes, the networking companies were mentioned, the following quote expressed concern about insider selling happening in networking companies:

According to Robert Gabele at CDA/Investnet
in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., the two sectors
with the largest amount of insider selling
are computer networking companies and
software concerns. Insider selling is
starting to accelerate in computer stocks as
well .
One could, of course, be bullish and write off everythng in the article as irrelevant to ASND but it would be hard to justify that the points made in the article have no relevance to ASND whatsoever.
