Message #:00033113 Posted on:12/15/1998 at 10:10:22 Author:Jim Gould (miscojcg@ix.netcom.com) almost 1 year ago I purchased two copies of "Our Family" software by Alpha. It had a bug in it which gave all information in German. When I contacted the company they responded that they were fixing the bug and would send the fix free. Six months later, when I contacted them to receive the fix, they responded that they no longer supported the program. Since then I have been trying to contact them to learn what they wanted to do with the two programs I purchased and they have ignored my numerous e-mails to their customer support. Is Alpha Software still in business? Why would they ignore a customer who has invested in their products? Any suggestions? webfiler.alphasoftware.com Was ist den loss, Herr Rabins? Data Drecker? Opinion: The Rabins are in the process of jettisoning everything except NewKidCo...?
